involved in the operation, maintenance, management, construction,
rehabilitation and refurbishment of water treatment facilities, the supply and
distribution of treated water within the State of Selangor and the Federal
Territories of Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, undertaking works related to the oil
and gas industry and other materials and the provision of offshore and onshore
