than 7.5 million is serviced by over 5,500 employees in over 389
branches nationwide. In view of our strategic transformation plans to
strengthen and propel BSN to greater heights, we seek committed and talented
individuals to fill the following positions :
1. Manager Credit Collection & Recovery (Credit Control
Department)
Main Responsibilities:
- To plan & strategize collection & recovery initiatives for Delinquent
& NPL Accounts
- To ensure collection & recovery activities are aligned with the target
set and within the stipulated timeframe
- To ensure reclassification & rescheduling activities (especially for
accounts that requires special attention for Rescheduling & Workout
Proposal) are executed accordingly
- To manage and monitor NPL accounts, Call Center activities and Debt
Collection Agencies performance
- To analyze loan payment trends and come up with effective action plans to
increase cash collection
- To ensure collection activities are executed according to procedures and in
line with the Bank’s Credit Policies & Guidelines
- To prepare performance report for Management
- To undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration / Banking / Finance / Economy
- At least 8 years working experience in related field
- Preferably Manager specializing in Credit Control area in Banking Services
- Good interpersonal, communication and written skills & able to work with
minimum supervision
- Integrity, good managerial skills and able to work under pressure while
meeting targets and deadlines
- Added advantage for Certified Credit Professional (CCP) holders
